....so what do you do for a knitting induced headache??? I'm on day 3 ~ every time I sit down to knit it flares up again ~ I think I need to reorganize this weekend and make myself a new little 'knitting nest' ~ these endless days of knitting have left a deep booty impression in my knitting chair and now I'm sitting funny or something and I can only get about 3 or 4 rows done and there it is again ....

so, I'm on day 3 of Day 14 and still not finished ~ boohoo ~ I was doing so good, too!

never fear, I'll get it figured out and be back shortly ~ not that there is any other way for me to be back ~ 'tall-y' just doesn't fit with me ;) ... see, Rachel, there's no need to make short jokes ~ I have an endless supply of them!

Hope everyone else's projects that I haven't seen are coming along nicely and 'keep up the good work' to all of you that have posted!

ooops, I almost forgot.....have a Happy Birthday tomorrow, FourKnitWit !!!

Oh I feel for you, I cannot knit at all with a headache, I'm having troubles with day 21...but I take one stitch at a time I'm going to bed early, and have a fresh look at it tomorrow.

How do you knit your scarf when it's so big?

Drinking lots of water? and get good sleep, we can't have you in pain! That's no way to knit. We need you strong so we can enjoy your joy.

Oh this sounds awful, hope you will work it out. If you have a tenced neck while knitting it often ends up in headache... Take some days off, and try to keep in mind low shoulders when you start again. Hope you feel better soon!

Oh of course lots of neck and back rubs from the hubbo.

Tell him life will be better if you can knit more..>GRIN<

in which more neck rubs are needed. Occasionally bringing home dinner helps as well.

Wash dishes?

Vaccuum?

All helps with knitting headaches....hubby should be most happy with filling in while you cure your knitting headache...

OH WAIT>>>>

:GASP:

Are talking about headaches that are CAUSED by knitting?!

...maybe I could have the hubby stand behind me WHILE I'm knitting and rub out the kinks...not sure he'd go for that but it just might be the ticket!

I'm wondering if it may have to do with how HEAVY my scarf is getting ~ does yarn get heavier when it's knitted (I'm not kidding ~ I'm actually wondering!) ~ I think I may try a big pillow in my lap to support the weight instead of letting it hang from my needles ~ I'll figure it out because NOT knitting just isn't an option ;)

NOPE, would never consider even hinting at knitting less to cure you of it...

NOT GOING TO HAPPEN...
