I find my yarn a bit strange. Some parts are not the right weight, parts are more in lace weight. And, it seems that the blue part of the yarn are a thicker weight... Well,well, just have to see how it all turnes out.

Day 2 knitting
I have finished day 2 knitting, and hopefully can this help you Rachel when you see the whole pattern. On the left side in the photo it is only the edge that not is so clear...

So beautiful!!!!! Oh yes, I love those color changes! And this helps...I have one more set to go and my Day 2 is done.
I think if your natural color is thinner than the edging blue it is because the dye "plumps" up the fibers. LESS color = less "plumping"...
Mine so far is opposite, lighter blues are proving to be more plump than the dark blue? But my other ball of Aade Long is same, natural color is very thin compared to the grey and the rust colors.
My camera battery is charging...my house is almost done getting clean and sparkling and my mother will come tonight with my sister! I will have pie and coffee for a nice visit before my sister heads back. Our storm will hit tommorrow afternoon. Perfect week-end for more KNITTING!!!!!
